Microsoft gets TDD guidelines wrong.

Microsoft's new guidelines on Test Driven Development have upset the agile community. Sam Gentile summarizes some of the feed back here. Microsoft has got this completely wrong. The danger here is that a lot of developers getting exposure to TDD for the first time through VSTS, will think this is what TDD is, since it comes from Microsoft. If you are working with .Net and want to work with TDD, rather than read the Microsoft guidelines, I recommend reading the excellent book Test-Driven Development in Microsoft .NET by James W. Newkirk and Alexei A. Vorontsov.

Interesting set of links! Was a real eye opener to see the differences in ideologies presented.
